During the 60-90 Minute Introductory Artisan Cheese Making Class you will:
• Learn proper cleaning and sanitization practices
• Review the necessary equipment
• Discuss basic principles of cheese making including required ingredients
• Watch a demonstration of making Mozzarella Cheese from whole milk and other fresh ingredients
